A New Year’s gift.
In Wales there’s a beautiful old tradition called Callennig— it means “New Year’s gift,” or good luck. A fitting name to begin a new treasure: wine, shared with friends on the front porch.
The Wines
Made slowly, by hand.
We farm a single hillside, picking by hand the morning the fruit asks for it — then make a few small lots each year, guided through a cool, quiet winter in stainless steel. Each release is its own thing: lightly handled, honestly made, and never quite the same twice.
